Fat requirement per day is 20% of the total calories.Of this total visible fat content should be 20 gms i.e.4-5 tsp paer day.

For healthy person should eat only 3-4tsp per day. 500ml per month for 1 person. It is every healthy to maintain health. Try to choose good fat which from vegetables oil.
