To lose your weight your calorie intake should be some where around 1200-1500 calories. But it depends upon age,height,weight and sex. Also it depends upon the goal or target, that how much you want to reduce. But the basic target should be 2-4 kilo per month.
Hi Pooja, I completely agree with LifeMojo expert, that to lose 1 pound of weight you need to burn 3500 calories, so I will suggest you to burn on an average 500 calories per day in oder to lose 1 pounds in a week.
