I agree 15 to 20 gms of maximum fat intake should be there .. but when we try to bring this in practicle, it becomes difficult. so here are a few tips to keep a track on your fat intake ...

1] while cooking a meal, count the total number of ppl, say for ex if you are cooking for 4 ppl, thn in one preparation add only 2 tsp oil , 1/2 tsp for each member that way you can control the total fat consumption for yourself as well as your family.
2] dont pour oil directly from the container , use a tea spoon, to keep a count.
3] non stick cookware require less oil.
4]use fat bottomed vessels / kadhai / pan , rather than dome bottomed, you ll save a lot of oil.

Hey all.. Thanks for sharing good information with us. Is there any difference in eating raw veggies and boiled veggies? Which is more better for weight loss ?

    Hi Bhavini

Fresh, bright, crisp, varieties of colored vegetables provide a number of health benefits than cooked vegetables. Compared to cooked vegetables, raw are good in vitamin & minerals. Fibers content is higher in raw vegetables than cooked ones. But raw is difficult to digest & starches in vegetables are much harder to digest when it is raw.

Compared to cooked vegetables & raw is better to include & choose the best method for cooking the vegetables when you need to take as cooked.
