    When you are planning to lose weight you should plan to have 1200 to 1500 calories.

    If you looking for healthy weight loss then go for 1200 calories. Make sure the diet plan should be well balanced with all types of nutrients which required for health as well as weight loss. IN your diet plan include more of vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits , whole grains. Along with calories , exercise is more important to burn the calories which helps to burn body fat & reduces the weight.
