    Your weight gain or loss depends on your calories intake and calories output.when you burn 3500 calories you loose 1pound.Thus,to loose weight there should be negative energy balance so that calorie output is more than calorie input. This can be achieved by planned diet and exercise in combination.

    Generally, it is advisable that you reduce not more than 1- 2 kgs at the end of a week. This type of weight loss would be more healthier and better. Reduce your weight by doing more of cardio exercises and weight training exercises.     Hi

    I recommended to lose 2-4 kg in a month. By doing strict balanced diet & cardio exercise for 30-45 mins. Wt loss is depends upon your metabolism, calorie intake, etc. Try to increase ur metabolism to burn the calories fast & helps to reduce the wt fast.

    Some of tips to increase metabolism:
    Drink plenty of water- 2 to 3 liters in a day.
    Drink green tea twice in a day.
    Include plenty of fibers foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains.
    Exercise is one best way to improves your metabolism.
