    You can lose belly fat by doing exercises that are targeted directly at the stomach area. Some exercises that you can try are Jump Ropes, and Squats. While using jump ropes, ensure that you use the correct size rope and you land on the balls of your feet softly. Squats will strengthen your lower abs and your thighs too. Cardio exercises will help you lose belly fat in the long run. Try going for a 30 minute walk everyday or jogging. Other cardio exercises such as cycling, running, and elliptical cross trainers are as equally effective. Crunches can give you the desired result provided that they are done properly and different variations are tried out.

    Cardio, cardio, and more cardio is what i would suggest for you! Elliptical, cycling, shuttle running on the treadmill, all these basic cardio exercises would give you results in a matter of few months. But, if you want a rigorous workout that's going to help you tone your stomach muscles as well, then abdomen exercises are the best. These are the natural methods. Apart from that, start making a list of calories you consume per day (Yes! Literally). Consume food that has low calories. Eat the bare minimum that would help you live your normal life for the next 4 hours, and then go and eat some more, spacing your daily food habits like this would prevent fat from accumulating anywhere in your body, especially your belly.

    The exercise regime to reduce tummy fat depends on your body fat percetnage. If your body fat percentage is high then its better that you do more of cardio training exercises and less of weight training exercises for tummy and if your body fat percentage is in normal range then its better that you do more of weight training exercises for tummy and less of cardio training exercises. So, the two exercises has to be balanced according to your body fat percentage. Also, keep a control on your daily diet and avoid any junk or oily food.
