Boil the milk in low flame, this will allow lot of cream to collected at the top layer ,Chill the milk quickly and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours & remove the fat layer . Repeat this procedure at least twice or three times to get almost fat free milk. Skim milk provides all the goodness of milk except the fat.

Boil the milk, allow to cool & after sometimes remove all creamy layer & keep in refrigerator for 2-3hrs & again remove the fat layer from the top of the milk. Repeat the process for 2-3 times. Skim milk is very good for all it provides all nutrition expect high fat. Ready-mate skim milk also available in the markets.
