how inch loss is more as compared to weight loss

There is very little weight loss for me but lots of inch loss in my body, what is thr problem i don't knw? weight loss i slow but still shows drastic changes in the body. what will i do for MY BMI it never goes down for me. Plz suggest

    You must be doing a lots of weight training exercises like push ups, lunges, squats, etc. These types of exercises would help to tone your body rather than reducing fat weight. While cardio exercises like running,jogging, brisk walking, etc would help to reduce your body fat percentage. You are getting inch loos which means that your body fat has reduced and muscles are toned.. So whats the problem in it ? You are able to see results in mirror which is more important. And if you really want to see only weight loss then you need to work only on cardio and you would see results on weighing machine. But i would suggest you to continue same workout pattern as with that you can get a firm body than by doing just cardio.

    only exercise which i am doing is walk in park for 1 hour with balanced diet.I am not going to gym but i need to reduce more fat which is still present, in three months i was only able to loose around 5 kg but there was almost 2 2 inch loss went from my body.

    Hi Kamya

    It is not important that you have to go to gym & all . Do any cardio exercise like cycling , swimming, jogging , running, skipping for 30-45mins daily . Sure you can see inches loss. Climbing stair is also one of best exercise for wt loss & inch loss especially thighs & back part of the body. You should do for 30 mins in a day.
