    Weight loss depends upon individual to individual metabolism, how he or she sticks to the daily regime. Ideally in month you should lose around 2-3 kg. The faster you lose weight greater is the rebound tendency.

    To loose weight naturally, you need to do have a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise. Regular exercises includes both types of exercises like cardio and weight training exercises. And healthy diet means to avoid any junk or oily foods like burgers, wafers, pizzas, etc. These type of food items would increase the body fat percentage in your body.
