    Before I remark on how absurd this question is, let’s focus on the facts. This is a very bad idea, and this should not be followed at all. How long do you think you can go without eating? Your body needs regular meals and all the nutrients it can get in order to function properly and maintain all body processes. If you’re looking to lose weight, cut down on all the junk food and start eating natural products like fruits, vegetables and legumes. This is a very healthy way of losing way without fainting on your way to work because of malnutrition.

    It is not possible to reduce ur weight without eating anything because if u not eat anything then ur body stores fat in ur body & increases body fat & wt this leads to some health problems.

    Combination of diet, exercise & life style modification is best way to lose weight.
    Balanced diet should be include carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals & water which contains right proportion.
    Exercise; Do any cardio exercise for 45mins in a day.
    Life style modification: Avoid smoking, alcohol, eating out(more often), stress free life.

    Hey..... why you want to work so unhealthy way for weight loss. Its just the misconception that eating nothing would loose weight. Rather, the weight loss happened by suck tricks would regain as soon as you start with your regular diet. So, think once and go for healthy options to loose weight.
