You will find a lot of suggestions on net but the important thing is how dedicated you are toward your goal. Don't try to loose weight too abruptly. Control your diet. Reduce carb/fat intake, increase protein. Don't eat heavy dinners and avoid food 2-3 hours before going to bed. Do regular aerobic work-outs; running, walking, cycling, swimming etc.

Hi Thank u sumeet, Include bottle gourd juice with mint leaves & pepper (do not filter)-Bottle gourd is rich in fiber and water and hence helps to curb hunger pangs. Drink at early morning. Eat 5 small meals-include 2 healthy snacks. Eat fruits & vegetable salads . Drink water 2-3 liters daily. make a habit of drinking warm water after every meal. Lemon with warm water(without sweet). Normal exercise for 45 mins(at-least for 6 days a week).
