In a week? Hmmm! I don't think that you can lose weight in a week. In fact my daughter tried one of these one week diets and it did not work for you. I think your body takes a lot of time burn fat and one week is too short a period. You can opt for a detox one week diet if you wish to. This will help you get rid of toxins in the body and this is ideal for detoxing after a bout of binge drinking. If you want to lose weight then I suggest that you go in for a longer diet period. Three to four months will be ideal.

    Hi Pooja,
How much weight do you want to reduce? If its just half a kilogram then yes you can surely reduce but more than that would result in an unhealthy weight loss. There are many options in your hand for weight loss. But taking an artificial ways like weight loss pills, fat burners, sauna belts, sauna bath, etc. would lead to temporary weight loss and unhealthier way. The natural way are like exercises, healthy diet, hypnosis, etc. Go through this link for further details :http://www.lifemojo.com/lifestyle/alternative-approaches-to-weight-loss-87327907.
