    You need to change ur food style, physical activity & life style modification.
    * Focus on healthy choice of foods like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, leafy vegetables.
    * Avoid skipping the meals & without food fasting.
    * Take plenty of water & water content fruits & vegetables.
    * Try to use healthy cooking styles.
    * Use only 2-3tsp of sugar, 3-4tsp of oil & very less salt.
    * Use flax seeds daily in ur diet to control ur cholesterol. Use it as raw form or ground form. But don't use it for cooking, you should take only while serving the food.
    * Increase ur physical activity- it means do any cardio or any exercise for 45-60mins in a day & keep ur self very busy & do any simple by urself.
    * Sleep well for 7-8hrs.
