    There are two ways for burn the fat . First thing is exercising & second is diet control. This combination will help you faster fat burning. As soon as you wake in the morning drink warm water with lemon (no sugar , salt, honey) & do any kind of exercise like cardio(walking , swimming , skipping,cycling). Include more of fat burning foods like green tea , fiber foods likes freah fruits , vegetables , salad , sprouts , whole grains , spicy foods(capiscum, pepper, green chilles) will you help you more to burn the fat in your body . Maintain potion control & timing of the meals because this will maintain your metabolism to keep your healthy digestion & helps to burn the calories(fat).

    Hi Sarah,
    Cadio activities are the best activity for weight loss. Cardio activities includes Running ,Brisk Walk, Jogging, Swimming, Skipping, etc. Do these exercises atleast for 40 min 5/week so as to get better results. These types of exercises will help to reduce fat from the body and help reducing weight. But cardio exercises alone wont help to tone up the body instead we need to also include some resistance training exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch, Rowing, Konasana, Lunges, Squats ,etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min 3/week .These exercises will help reducing the fat and tone up the muscles so as to give a good shape to our body.
