Some fruits like mango , litchi, banana , are good if you are aiming for weight gain bcoz of their carbohydrate and sugar contents. But if you want to lose wt try avoiding them.Don't take these fruit on daily basis, have them occasionally in the morning.Restrict the amount from 70-100 gms.

Yes Mangoes and Litchies are high in sugar content. They increase weight. Chickoo also is not recommended during weight loss.

Mangoes when consumed along with the skin is more healthier than when taken as just pulpy...similar is the case with Chickoos....

Litchies are rich sources of moisture and have very less calories in them [100 gm of litchies provide 61 kcal and 13.6 gm of carbs]. Hence they can very well be consumed as summer fruit and mid day fruit fearlessly....

Litchis will not increase weight. Eating oats with skimmed milk and a teaspoon of sugar is more efficient if you are a weight watcher as bournvita has added sugars...
