Help please!Wanna loose my weight!!

Hi!I am 16 years old.My weight is 60 kg and my height is 154 cm.I want to loose my weight.Already i have lost 5 kg.I dont eat such kind of food which has extra fat in it.I daily go for walking(half an hr).My diet is balanced.
Also,i don't want to loose my weight with strict diet.Can u prepare a diet chart which includes food which is good in taste and which can give me energy to work for hours.

    My lower body is very heavy.My weight is more because of my lower body parts.

    As each individual is different so his requirement.Hence a common diet chart is not possible.For keeping yourself energetic just take care of few things-
    -never overeat
    -avoid rich foods
    -include lots of fruits and salads in your daily diet
    -drink 8-10 glasses of water daily
    -include 45 minutes of exercise or physical activity in your daily routine

    Really appreciate your concern for fitness at this age.Usually in females there is gynoid type of obesity is seen, where fat deposition takes place in lower body like pear shape. To reduce that you need to do aerobic exercises which can be in the form of jogging, running,skipping, cycling,swimming etc.If you like dancing go for it. Also do some toning exercises for lower body to get best results.

    @shikha-all the above things are included in my routine.i have been going for walk for the last 1 year.I have lost just 3 kg.And talking about oil food,i think we should eat it but in little quantity because our body needs some amount of oil.Anyways thanks for help :)
