    If you want to lose weight the first thing you need is determination that you want to lose weight anyhow. Some tips that you can use for weight loss are:
    • Do some moderate exercises early in the morning or in the evening
    • Have less of refined flour instead have whole grain flour
    • Avoid fried and fatty foods
    • Avoid late night dinners
    • Have at least 6 small meals don't have 3 big meals
    • Have more of fruits and salads in the entire day
    • Have soups or buttermilk with meals so that you done feel much hungry.

    There are six essential nutrients that our needs for good health . Carbohydrates, proteins, fat, vitamins, minerals,water . In that water is most essential nutrients because our body contains 40-60% of water.

    Carbohydrates are usually referred to as sugars or starches.

    Protein is composed of amino acids, which help to build muscle mass

    .Fat is another term for lipid. Too much fat in your diet can lead to obesity, heart disease, heart attacks, and strokes.

    Vitamins are needed in small amounts to help the body with chemical reactions within its cells ,Vitamins are two forms, they are fat soluble and water soluble.

    Fat Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K) are stored in the fat tissue and can build up high levels of toxins in the body if they are not utilized.

    Water Soluble Vitamins (B, C) are excreted by the body if your daily amount of intake is too good.Minerals are put into different structures within the body to create enzymes, hormones, skeletal bones, skeletal tissues, teeth and fluids.
