    yes, it does help as i have myself lost 5 kgs in a span of 2- 3 months. Drink green tea atleast 3 - 4 times in a day especially after lunch and dinner.

    You can go for Tata Tetley green leaf tea. U will also find green tea with tea begs with different flavour but green leaf tea is what i use.
