The best diet plan for weight loss is to take a healthy and balanced diet. Try to take meals frequently. That means there should not be a gap more than 2-3 hours in between your meals.The main 3 meals should be Dinner,lunch and Breakfast followed by mid morning and mid evening snacks.Include lots of fruits and vegetables,whole grain cereals and healthier snacks. And drink lot of water at least 10-12 glasses per day will help in good weight loss.
