U will loose the weight temporarily...and it bounces back as soon as the diet is over. I have tried it just once...didn't really help that much in the long run...
yeah just did it 4 wks back,lost 1.7kg gained back 1 kg after that am stuck my scale is not just moving inspite of diet exercise.after gm i had only one high calorie meal.everybody has different reponse,try it out and see.all the best.i hhad very bad constipation during gm,watch for it.
hi guys , thanks for taking the time to respond . well i m actually doing it . i m on my third day and lost around 1 kilos . so i ll see how it goes and let you know how much i loose !
