Hmmm, I would suggest that you come up with your own food plan. Forget about the ones that are available online. There is no guarantee that they will work. You know your body the best and you know what you can eat an what you cant eat. Identify foods that are low in calories and stick to them. Also combine different diets with different exercises. Include plenty of vegetables and greens in your diet. This will help you lose weight without any fuss. Broccoli is also known to help with weight loss. Fruits are also very useful.
