*Then you need to eat a balanced diet which includes carbohydrates , proteins, fat , vitamins, minerals as well as fiber to keep your body healthy & for long life.
*Eat varity of whole grians , fruits , vegetables ,green leafy vegetables.
*Drink plenty of water in a day & Calorie intake should be less , protein should take 1 gm per your body wt (if your are overweight or obesity you should see RDA values) , Fat (choose polyunsaturated or monounsaturated).
*Coffee or tea should take very less or better to avoid , go for green tea or skimmed milk or black tea.
*Drink plenty of water & warm water with lemon daily in the morning for improves your health.
