I think what you doing is mono(same or single) type diet. The good thing is you focusing right amount of calories but mono diet is works only few days & you need all kind of nutrients so better choose low calories with all nutrients like carbs- complex, required amount of protein, less fat, good amount of vitamins & minerals- according to that ,you can plan a diet for weight loss or to health.
You don't want to confuse ur body to lose ur weight but you need to include different types of food items in ur diet or different type of diet plan. For example- take different types of fruits for mid mor snack or any veg juice items or high fibers biscuits, (because some foods have high amount of one or more nutrients or other fruits will have some other nutrients which required to ur body).
Most important thing don't do starve while on weight loss or you need maintain ur health. You can do detox diet once in a week for cleaning ur body from toxin. Check the following link for detox diet tips:

According to ur weight, you should take only 1200 calories in a day with full of fibers foods, fat burning foods like vitamins C rich, protein foods. Drink plenty of water in a day. Drink green tea twice or thrice in a day. Avoid fatty foods, chats items & eating out very frequently. Sleep well for 7-8 hrs in a day. Use very less fat, sugar & salt in ur diet. Along with diet , exercise plays more important role to reduce the fat & ur weight thus do any cardio exercise for 45mins in a day & weight training for 20-30mins in a day- at-least 5-6 days in a week. Drink warm water with lemon daily in the morning & after every meal.
