fed up with weak will power

I am overweight by 15 kg .want to reduce from one yr.some times reduced 1 or 2 kg and again eat some sweets or fast food and lost my bettel.my age is 36 & weight 70 kg height 5"2'.how should i overcome this problem?

    I think the best way to lose weight is exercise. Even the 5 minutes of exercise helps in burning the calories. I think you should try walking. Walking is one of the simplest ways to being physically energetic. You can walk wherever you want and at any time. There are many advantages of walking firstly it will help in decreasing the risk of diabetes stroke by 50% also it reduces the chances of heart diseases and it minimizes the risk of different forms of cancer. Walking also helps in maintaining the cholesterol level. Due to walking, your blood pressure also maintained. While walking with your partner also helps in reducing the stress and depression. The most important benefit of walking is it helps in weight loss. While walking for a mile helps a lot if you are the overweight because while walking many calories get burn.

    c the thing is when ur body is hungry it builds a physical pressure which ur mind does not handle as the work load(in ur body .... like handling blood pressure, keeping ur reflexes active and all thr) increases which in turn leads to a mental presure ....


    and trust me
    ur mind is the most selfish thing u own which will go to any limit
    give u any damn reason
    and convince u to eat sumthing heavy

    not for ur taste but to get some energy from it

    NOW here u loose a chance to losse ur weight

    so instead of eating somethng heavy just eat sumthing right ..... which provides u inaf energy and and is low in calorie

    dis will keep u going on and help u build ur will power

    one more tip

    JUST GO SLOW

    and remeber its ur choice

    loose dieting and u got inaf time to gain weight

    or avoid tht plate of rice, and instead eat sumthing low in calorie

    go slow but DONT QUIT

    Great tips by Rahil and Wilson, it will work out, and u need some motivation to lose weight, the best motivation for me was: i use buy small size dress and my biggest challenge was to fit into it, and it might work for u too, but only motivation and no action again would not create results, u need to work on ur diet, the best thing is to be conscious of wat u eating.Keep a tract of ur daily diet in LIFE MOJO " MY JOURNEY". I track my diet everyday, and it act helps me out to analyse and make me feel guilty if i overeat someday, I have lost 18 kgs by following these tips, it will definitely help u out too, and one more thing, make sure to add a bit of yoga(pranayam)in ur daily activity too, i do kapal bhati 30 min in the morning, afternoon and evening, and i have controlled my diet completely. I was 77 before i followed any of these, and now after 5 months i am 59, wats say,, it works right?,, it definitely does. all the best.......!!!1

    its true, i started jogging and joined marathons, the last was 10k, really i lost a lot of weights
