    Hi,
Drinking water boosts our metabolic rate. Some studies have shown that hunger and thirst sensations are triggered together. Most of the food contain water. If one doesn't drink much, they may be subconsciously driven to eat more to reach required amount of water. So try to drink a glass of water every hour which can help in prevent over eating.

Other options to increase water intake are like having fruits which are rich in water content, add more of juices, buttermilk, soups, tender coconut, herbal tea, fresh vegetables.

Try to take vegetables in different forms like soup or steamed vegetables.

Walking has its own benefits as you don't need any equipment, needn't spend money and you can walk within your house. As walking boosts energy levels and reduces health risks it will help you to get rid of other physical issues.

Since you obviously have access to the internet (by posting a comment on this site) I suggest that you do some research on High Intensity Interval Training using Bodyweight only. Bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges and pushups are very challenging, especially when done at a fast pace with little rest. These exercises can be done in the privacy of your own bedroom if you aren't allowed out and require nil equipment, so there is no excuse not to do them.

And as for drinking water, you just have to do it. Stop worrying about having to go to the toilet frequently and start taking care of your health.
