    Fat loss for idiots? Are you writing a book? Sounds like a good title. Some foods such as canned tomatoes and legumes are low in fat by nature and these are the ideal choices. Beans such as kidney beans, canned black beans, dried red beans are also good for weight loss. These are high on protein and they provide good energy as well.
    Do you like fish? Eat lots of it. There are several different types of fish such as sardines, salmon and mackerel that are suitable for losing weight. Fish contains proteins and no fat. Low fat chicken and lean beef are also good choices.

    I really dint get your question. Fat loss is a procedure in which exercise and healthy diet plays an important role. You burn calories via exercises esp aerobic exercises while you take in less calories having healthy diet.
    Here, are some tips for having fat loss through this procedure:
    * Breakfast is an important meal of our day.Make a habit to have a healthy breakfast like oats
    * Avoid taking any food which are rich in fats as it takes long time to get digested.
    * Take small frequent meals in a day. This will help you to boost your metabolism.
    * Avoid pastries, sweets etc which are rich in calories.
    * Do aerobic exercises for 45 min in a day to burn calories and thus achieve early weight loss.
    * Avoid late night and heavy dinners.
    And last but not the least is to have an active lifestyle.
