    Lol! There are a several different options that are available for whether you are an idiot or not. Since there several different options I can't explain all of them but I can tell you what to look for in a diet. Look for a high protein diet as this will help you lose weight and build muscle. Avoid any diet that is high on fat and high on carbs as well. Low carbs diets are the best option if you are looking to lose weight. Also diets that involve 6 meals a day are more useful than diets that involve 3 meals a day.

    What do you mean by idiot tips ? Well, Some really easy tips for fat loss are:
    * Avoid late night and heavy dinners.
    * Avoid taking any food which are rich in fats as it takes long time to get digested.
    * Take small frequent meals in a day. This will help you to boost your metabolism.
    * Avoid pastries, sweets etc which are rich in calories.
    * Do aerobic exercises for 45 min in a day to burn calories and thus achieve early weight loss.
    * Breakfast is an important meal of our day.Make a habit to have a healthy breakfast like oats.
