There's a reason why people drink sassy water, and that's because it helps in losing weight. Sassy water, named after Cynthia Sass (the dame who started it all) is water mixed with spearmint leaves, a small amount of lemon, peeled cucumbers, and a teaspoon of grated ginger. Water is necessary for the body's everyday functions, and you should drink around eight glasses of water every day for this purpose. Drinking sassy water can not only help in keeping your hydrated, it can also help you ward off all types of fatigue, and help in preventing water retention (taking the fat off your belly), bloating and constipation.
