    Hi Pushkar,
Using supplements to lose weight has got lot of side effects and not all a natural way to lose weight. Many fat burners available in market contains catabolic steroids which can have adverse effects on your system. Also the long term effects of fat burners are not satisfactory and tendency to regain weight is more. I will suggest you to modify your workout regime and focus more on aerobic exercises. If you are on strength training then give a break for few weeks. Concentrate more on increasing the volume of exercise rather than intensity. Also take care of proper diet . Limit the excess calorie intake and avoid fatty and fried food. Stick to low glycemic index foods. Restrict the consumption of alcoholic drinks and quit smoking.

    @ Pushkar.

Fat burners are not healthy option for burning the fat. The best & healthy way of fat burning is exercise. Along with exercise- include fat burning foods like vitamin C rich food which helps to burn ur fat. Drink warm water with lemon daily before doing exercise.
