Fat Belly

My belly is fat. Inspite of my efforts I am not able to reduce it. What do I do?

    plz take hot water after every meal . you will definitely lose belly fat . i have tried it and the results were awesome .. thanks .....

    @ Iqbal,
    The exercises and diet goes hand in hand. You need to first reduce down your body fat percentage then we need to do weight training exercises for stomach. Also, do a little bit of weight training exercises so as to tone up your stomach muscles. Fat from the stomach can be reduced by following exercises like reverse curls,scissors,crunches.Diet should also be taken care of.It should be overall low in saturated fats,fried foods,simple carbs and sugars,alcohol and red meat.
