FAST Weight loss ...possible !!

Suppose you are having a function , a ceremony and you want to look fit & slim in one - two months , you will ask is it possible ??

Well...by my seven years of expirence in this field I will say YES its possible .But one thing you need to keep in mind is remainig focused & dedicated during this process .In Germany & many european countries there is trend seen specially in females they plan & cut off 10-12 lbs weight in one month for coming wedding of a freind , relative or the Xmas .Now how this happens no.1 a proper consultation to a consultant , no.2 being devoted in following his diets & a 15mins of exercise session , no.3 taking medicines regularly.

Keep in mind even if we are of the same having same systems ,but the weight loss technique in each one of us changes so .But while you are on a fast weight loss you & your consultant always need to be on heels that your regular supply of vitamins ,proteins & carbs is maintened.

Now you will ask will i gain weight ?

So dear reader the answer is no , most of such fast weight lossers who remain consicious & follow a proper life style including diet & proper set of exercise [ - research by Steigler & Miller ,UK ,2008] ,do not gain weight again,so its upto you also how serious you are regrading your weight loss.

Is it safe ?

Sure if its in limits its safe , with supply of essential components to the body, and specailly dont go for a crash course dieting as it has lots of side effects on our health.

    You are right doctor , one of my cousin in Delhi has also went such fast track course of weight loss & lost eight kgs . As she was more concerned about the weight she kept on contuning with diet & exercises for next two months now her weight is same ,she did not put on weight ,even after she stopped the weight loss programe .Can you suggest me any of such useful ways of weight loss ? Is it possible in my case also.

    If you want to reduce weight, it would be possible by doing more of cardio exercises but it differs from person to person. May i know what is your present height and weight so as to know your BMI ?
