    I have read many articles on losing belly fat and not one mentioned the tummy trimmer. Tummy trimmers are an ingenious invention and they help you burn fat and lose weight without any effort. But anyone who has used a tummy trimmer will know that it looks ridiculous and you might be the laughing stock of the gym, but well the machine works, so ignore the others. Other than that belly dancing and hoola hooping are good stomach exercises. In fact they are good cardio exercises as well. Try all of them out and see what works for you. Cheers!

    Any exercises which clams spot reduction is a myth. There is nothing as such spot reduction. Best exercise to loose belly fat is aerobic exercise. These exercises comparatively burns more calories and thus efficient in reducing the total body fat content. Along with aerobic exercises, strengthening is also important as this will toned your abs and give them a good shape.
