    If you want to lose weight belly fat then there are a few exercises that you can opt for.
    Belly dancing- All the dancing and belly shaking will help you shed some fat and lose weight. Belly dancing is one of the best ways to burn fat in the tummy and its fun as well.
    Hoola hooping- Sounds like fun right? It is, my friends and get together all the time and have a session of hoola hooping. It helps me maintain my weight easily.
    Crunches- This the best exercise for men and it can be done using the help of weight as well.

    Hey Anu,
    The exercises and diet goes hand in hand. You need to do weight training exercises for stomach. Also, do a little bit of weight training exerises so as to tone up your stomach muscles. Fat from the stomach can be reduced by following exercises like reverse curls,scissors,crunches.Diet should also be taken care of.It should be overall low in saturated fats,fried foods,simple carbs and sugars,alcohol and red meat.
