Normally I mix some fruit in vegetable salad so that I can finish big bowl of salad easily. So, is it okay to mix banana with vegetable salad during the weight loss program. Banana has more calories compared to other fruits but it really helps me in finishing the salad. Please give your expert opinion.
Banana are rich in calories compared to other fruits. However, if you are on fruits and salad diet then you can have it. Otherwise try to avoid it.

I agree with aparupa. If you are only fruits or vegetables diet then you can eat banana but if having only for snacks then banana should be avoided & better choose some other fruits like apple, sweetlime, watermelon, grapefruit, papaya, pomegranate, guava,kiwi, orange.
