I read it somewhere that if you feed you feed your body more, it'll be easy to lose weight. To maintain the level of calories while reducing your weight is an important aspect. If you want to have a weight loss then you should plan your diet. It is not necessary to feed your body more to reduce your weight but frequent meal is very helpful in reducing the weight of a person. This diet plan differs from person to person. Different calories are required by different person. By taking into consideration the gender, height, weight, age and activity a proper diet chart is required. Diet chart should be perfect because calories burn should be more then the calories intake for reducing your weight.

    @ Priyanka

It is not like that priyanka, if you feed more of high calorie carbs or high calories then it will increase ur weight. If you increase complex carbs then you will not increase this will help you to maintain ur weight. Along with diet , exercise is also important to burn the calories & weight loss.
