Hey drinking water and weight loss are definitely connected. The liver converts stored fat into usable energy, when your water intake is insufficient the fat cells get rubbery and cannot be metabolized easily, this results in accumulation of fat cells. Water speeds up metabolism rate. Water also kills your hunger or suppresses your hunger. Drink a glass of water before every meal, this will fill your stomach and you will naturally tend to eat less. Water maintains your body temperature. Flushes out toxins in your body (Detox). Keeps your body well moisturized and hydrated. Drink as much as 2 litres of water a day.
