The answer to this question is a simple 'No'. Drinking hot water will not help to reduce your belly fat though it will leave you feeling full for sometime. Many people thin drinking hot water actually helps them lose weight from the belly. When weight loss occurs, it occurs all over the body and no one particular spot looses weight at any give time.No spot reduction is possible. Drinking plenty of water whether is hot or cold will help flush out toxins from your body and increase metabolism rate. This in turn will help you lose weight. There's no quick fix method fro losing weight. it has to be done gradually through healthy eating, exercises and drinking lots of water.

    @ Nandita

Stomach fat or belly fat is very hard to reduce. Hot water alone is not able to reduce the belly fat but hot water improves ur metabolism to burn ur calories.
The best option to reduce ur stomach fat are , doing proper exercise for 45-60mins, balanced diet, including plenty of fat burning foods, drink plenty of water, etc.
