Poha is rice flakes.And it is not at all helpful in weight loss but its a good for breakfast.

Poha is called as riceflakes or flatted rice which is rich in fibers, iron. Poha is one of healthy foods. You can have during on diet but poha alone is not helpful for weight loss. Combination of diet & exercise will helpful for weight loss.
