Does paneer increse fat??

    Paneer is a dairy product that is an excellent source for calcium and protein. But eating too much of paneer does increase fat in your body. Panner made from skimmed milk or fat free milk is an excellent source of proteins for vegetarians. It can be combined with other vegetables to provide the all round nutrition one requires to lose weight. If you need to include paneer in your diet every day, then work on cardio exercises to help burn off extra calories accumulated because of eating panner and you will not put on weight. Deep fried panner can make you fat.

    Thanks for nice points poonam, Paneer is good in protein & good for health as well but when it is made by skimmed milk. Choose the healthy way of cooking methods.
