yes lemon water helps in losing weight. it helps in increasing your metabolic rate , and cleanses the body , vit c helps in fighting stress while on low calorie diet and also increase immunity to infection. it may not be directly related to stomach fat ,but ofcorse to the over all weight loss.

Yes it helps.So just try to take Luke warm lemon water first thing in the morning will help to kick start your day and will leave you energetic through out the day.Also if you take it after every meal, it helps in proper digestion and also helps to lose weight.
