Haha! No it does not. Nothing can shrink your belly fat. Its funny how many people get fooled by the ads on tv that promote easy weight loss and stomach fat loss. Its not that easy. I have been in the fitness business for the past 15 years and the only way to lose stomach fat is through exercise and diligent dieting. If you come across anyone who says that home remedies can help you then they are lying. It takes a lot of effort to burn stomach fat. The stomach and the thighs are notoriously difficult places for losing fat.

Nidhi is correct, Stomach fat is very hard to burn but if you do combination of weight training & Cardio exercise with diet. Lemon juice with warm water can help you to increase metabolism, digestion & over health.
