    Sure! It might! Depends on how much you cycle. Indoor or not cycling is a good sport. But of course it is quite difficult and you will get tired very fast. If you want cycling to be effective then you have to make sure that cycle for at least two hours everyday. If you leave a gap in between days then your efforts will be in vain. Cycling must be continuous and I would advice you to take up outdoor cycling. This will help you burn more calories quickly and effectively. Moreover cycling indoors is far easier that cycling out in the open.

    No doubt, Indoor or outdoor cycling. Cycling is one of best cardio exercise for stomach fat. Cycling helps to burn the calorie very fast. It has many health benefits.

    Hey Anuja,
    Indoor cycling is a a great cardio exercise to reduce your overall body fat percentage. Which would in turn help you to reduce your tummy fat too. So you can do indoor cycling for 45 min daily or atleast 5 times a week.
