    Green Tea helps to boost up the metabolism.It is full of Anti oxidants which helps to flush out all the toxins out of the body.It also helps in re leaving stress which is the major reason of weight gain..one should have 3-4 cups of green tea daily but with out sugar or sugar free.

It is good in antioxidant which helps to increase thermogensis, the rate at which energy in the form of calories is converted into heat by affecting enzymes in the metabolic process . This means consumption of green tea make syou the body burns the alories in the higher rate, this is aiding weight loss.
