I agree with payal, Drink plenty of water 3-4 liter . Fasting will help you to remove your toxin from your body but you should maintain your metabolism by taking the foods in time. Increase your exercise to 5-6 days & 30-45 mins in a day. After fast also you should maintain your metabolism then only you will lose & get good result. Include plenty high fiber foods & fat burns foods like fruits , vegetables, whole grains, green leafy. Green tea will improves your metabolism.
