    Not only exercise..but the combination of good diet and exercise helps to lose weight.

    Hi Lakshya,
    Exercise is really a better way to burn extra calories so as to loose weight. So, the exercises are of two types like weight training exercises and cardiovascular exercises. Weight training exercises are helps to tone your body while cardio exercises helps to reduce your body fat percentage. So we need a combination of these two exercises.

    I agree with you bhavini. exercise help you to burn the calorie but without diet control + healthy food habit you cannot achieve your goal. Better to choose combination of diet control & exercise to lose healthy weight.

    Very well said. By doing exercise and not concentrating on the diet will not help you in losing weight. Proper weight loss is there when you take care of diet, exercise and your lifestyle. These are 3 main areas you need to concentrate.
