No I don't think so! Poha is a healthy food option but it does not aid in weight loss directly. Poha is a viable option for breakfast if you are on a diet. It wont specifically make you lose weight but you wont gain any weight either. So I guess it is a trade off. There are several different poha recipes that are available and you can choose from any one of them for a good breakfast. But if you want to lose weigh then you have to concentrate on other things and forget about poha. The botton line is that a combination of exercise and diet is the only way to lose weight.

No , poha or rice flakes or flattened rice is healthy option for weight loss diet. When you take mix of vegetables & poha , it is good diet for weight loss.
