Chapatis are very useful for losing weight. In fact If you do it right then you can lose anywhere between three and six kilos in three months. Chapatis are wheat based and they do not increase your weight no matter how much you eat. They are also rich in protein. If you want to lose weight then this a viable option. But you have keep one thing in mind and many people make this mistake. The moment you add some ghee to your chapatti then you mess it up and all the good work is lost. Or butter for that matter.
