    Yes,cycling is a good form of aerobic exercises.It is a good way to reduce weight for an highly obese person who are not comfortable with running, jogging etc.Alongwith weightloss it also keeps the hips and thighs in good shape.

    Yes of course cycling is a great exercise to attain weight loss or rather should say fat loss. Cycling helps to reduce your body fat percentage.
