    Yes fruit diet definitely works as fruits are full of fiber and fiber helps to increase your metabolism which helps in reducing weight.

    No doubt, fruit diet works very effective but choose fat burning & low glycemic fruits like apple, green apple, guava, grapefruit, papaya, pear, kiwi, etc. Mentioned types can improves the metabolism & over all health.
