    That was one weird question. I did get the fact that you're trying to lose weight, though. Well here we go: losing weight is something that you need to work whole heartedly towards. I'm saying this because going on a diet alone will not solve all your problems; you'll also need to do some exercise. First, understand that you should gradually lose weight because that's how your body can grow adapted to it. Sudden weight loss will have serious complications. Next, stay away from crash diets and low carb or no carb diets. These are useless and they'll ruin your body. Consult a nutritionist, calculate your calorific intake, strategize and reduce it, exercise and drink lots of water.

    A proper weight loss plan is done by diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications. Although diet plays an important role, but exercise and lifestyle modification accelerate the rate of weight loss process. In terms of diet, break down your entire meal to small and frequent meals. Have enough amount of water and fruit intake as they boost up your metabolism.Include high fibers cereals like oats, corn flakes, wheat flakes, oat bran. wheat bran, Ragi, Jowar, Bajra and barley. In addition have lots of vegetables in your diet. Avoid deeply fried food stuffs, sweets,chocolate. etc.
